2-3 years experience in alarm security system
Valid Drivers license with clean driver’s abstract and background check
Strong communication skills both oral and written
Ability to work at heights 15-30 feet
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience working with CCTV/Access control systems
Experience with Bosch/DSC/Honeywell/Kantech
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with security systems, networks and low voltage electronics
Professional positive attitude is a must.

Description:

Our Technicians are responsible for the installation and servicing of access control, CCTV,ULC/NON-ULC security and fire monitoring systems.
Job Descriptions
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair a range of alarm system (access control systems, cctv systems, Burglar alarm systems, etc.)
Service and repair any system malfunctions
Coordinate with Dispatch team to complete work orders
Perform onsite inspections
Test and repair circuits and sensors, following wiring and system specifications
Mount and fasten control panels, door and window contacts, sensors, or video cameras and attach electrical and telephone wiring to connect components.
Adjust sensitivity of units, based on room structures and manufacturers’ recommendations, using programming keypads.
Hours per week:
Monday-Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM (hours fluctuates)

$23 - $30.50/hr
