Education: Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing or brand management. : 2+ years of Amazon
Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and writing abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software and tools.

Description: KEY RESPONSIBILIES

Brand Strategy : develop and execute brand strategies to achieve business objectives.
Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Campaign Execution: Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
Content Development: create and curate content that aligns with the brand’s voice and strategy.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and communications adhere to brand guidelines.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to provide insights and recommendations.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of brand events and promotions.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, product development, sales, and external partners to drive brand initiatives and achieve objectives.
Performance Metrics: Set KPIs, monitor performance, and generate detailed reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Brand Innovation: Identify and explore new trends and technologies to keep the brand relevant and ahead of the competition.
Hours per week: Mon - Fri 40
Rate of Pay: 55,000 + annual
