In-depth knowledge of commercial lending, mortgage lending, or related investment sectors. Demonstrated success in raising capital and managing investor relations. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, fund structures, and financial reporting. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, supported by a robust network of contacts in private equity, family offices, or money management. Description: Responsibilities Lead capital-raising initiatives by building and strengthening relationships with family offices, mid-sized investment managers, and private equity firms. Identify and engage potential investors to expand the fund’s capital base and achieve fundraising targets. Cultivate and manage ongoing relationships with current investors, ensuring regular communication and comprehensive reporting. Collaborate with internal teams to monitor deal flow and ensure seamless fund management. Represent the fund at industry events, networking opportunities, and private equity forums to increase visibility and attract new investors. Partner with senior management to design and implement strategic fundraising initiatives that align with the fund’s long-term growth strategy.
