Requirements: Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience with ADP and/or UKG payroll platforms.
Demonstrated ability to manage payroll for employees nationally, ideally across multiple subsidiaries.
Strong knowledge of payroll principles, practices, and regulations
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Description: Responsibilities:

Administer and process bi-weekly payroll for employees across multiple subsidiaries.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll data, including earnings, deductions, and benefits.
Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and local payroll regulations.
Prepare and submit payroll reports and records for internal and external audits.
Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information.
Utilize ADP (current platform) and assist in the implementation of UKG.
Continuously update payroll systems and software to reflect organizational changes and regulatory requirements.
Address payroll-related inquiries from employees promptly and professionally.
Assist in the onboarding process by explaining payroll procedures and benefits to new hires.
Work closely with the Junior Payroll Coordinator and Payroll Manager to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Collaborate with the finance and accounting departments on payroll-related financial tasks and reconciliations.
Hours per week: Mon - Fri 40
Rate of Pay: 70,000 annual
