Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a sales organization. Proven track record of successful supplier negotiation and management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Description: Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with the organization’s goals. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions. Manage the procurement process from requisition to purchase order issuance. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential supply risks and opportunities. Collaborate with sales and inventory teams to forecast demand and ensure optimal stock levels. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to enhance collaboration and performance.
Implement and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency. Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management, highlighting savings and performance metrics.
