Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field. 5+ years of payroll management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel. Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Description: Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including data entry, payroll calculations, and disbursements. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local payroll regulations. Supervise and train payroll staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy. Prepare and analyze payroll reports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee records and benefits administration. Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner. Stay updated on payroll legislation and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
