Description: The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving the growth of our IT consulting business by focusing on generating qualified leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT consulting landscape and will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential clients. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional who can contribute to the sales pipeline by generating high-quality leads that convert into new business opportunities. • Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, networking events, and industry conferences.
• Qualification of Leads: Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure they meet specific criteria for sales opportunities (e.g., budget, decision-making authority, project timeline).
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify target industries, verticals, and key decision-makers who are in need of IT consulting services.
• CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track lead status, manage outreach, and maintain accurate records of communications and activities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead generation performance, key metrics, and conversion rates to management.
• Qualified Leads: Consistently generate a set number of qualified leads per month, meeting predefined lead qualification criteria.
• Lead Conversion Rates: Increase lead-to-opportunity conversion rates through effective qualification and nurturing.
• Sales Pipeline Contribution: Ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities for the sales team to convert into closed deals.
• CRM Data Integrity: Maintain up-to-date and accurate lead information in CRM systems to support sales forecasting and reporting.
• Targeted Outreach Campaigns: Assist in the development and execution of targeted outreach strategies to reach key prospects.
Hours per week: Monday-Friday / Weekend Availability (if needed) 40
Rate of Pay: $50,000 - $70,000/year (dependent on experience)
