Description: Position Overview: We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious AZ Float Driver to transport heavy equipment to and from job sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of road safety regulations, excellent driving skills and the ability to operate a float with precision. Key Responsibilities: • Safely operate an AZ float to transport heavy equipment to and from designated locations. • Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure a safe and efficient transport process. • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and trailer; and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly. • Secure loads properly, ensuring that all items are safely strapped and secured for transport. • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including driver logs. • Communicate effectively with dispatch, other drivers, and on-site personnel to coordinate deliveries and pickups. • Ensure the cleanliness and basic maintenance of the truck and trailer.
