Description:
The Events and Content Coordinator will play a key role in planning, executing, and promoting events for Milna Events Company. This individual will create compelling content to drive attendance and engagement as well as coordinate with vendors to execute various events. The ideal candidate is a social media guru, a great communicator, and maintains attention to detail. Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including corporate functions, social gatherings, and promotional activities. Manage event timelines, budgets, and schedules to ensure smooth execution. Liaise with vendors, venues, and clients to finalize event details. Oversee event setup, on-site management, and post-event teardown. Monitor and evaluate event success and gather feedback for future improvement. Create and manage event-related content for social media, and email campaigns (e.g., publish engaging posts, stories, reels, and live updates). Monitor social media accounts for comments, messages, and mentions; respond promptly to
engage with followers. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, sponsors, and partners throughout the event planning process. Build relationships with influencers and media outlets to enhance event visibility.
