• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, proficiency with Excel is a must.
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in both accounting and administrative tasks.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a client centric approach.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast- paced environment.

• Self- motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.

- Proficiency in Accounting and Office English terms.


Description: The employer is a boutique accounting company looking for an assistant for tax season (February-end of April, 2025). Based on performance, extension of the contract is possible.
Salary is negotiated based on the experience and duties that can be performed.

Main duties:
•Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database
systems using keyboards, data recorders
• Organizing and maintaining financial filing systems
• Coding documents
• Assisting with monitoring expenses
• Invoicing customers and suppliers
• Entering bills from invoices
• Typing, formatting, or editing reports
• Entering information into databases
• Sorting, distributing, and sending documents
• Filing documents, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining records
-Other duties as assigned by the manager/owner
Hours per week: 20
