Job Title: Snow Removal Technician   Date Posted: 01/08/25 Ref. Number: 806 Type: Full Time Part Time Location: Concord Requirements: -valid Driver's licence is an asset (Company truck driving can be required) -basic knowledge of snow removal tools and equipment (snowblowers, snowplows, etc.), some experience will be an asset -good physical condition, ability to work long hours outside -open availability during winter season (evenings, nights, weekends) -punctuality, good time-management and self-organization skills -ability to work and learn -ability to work in team and independently -skills to make sound decisions, provide solutions and troubleshooting Description: - perform snow removal operations using hand tools and power equipment -obeying safety rules - work in any weather conditions (snowfalls, blizzard, etc), availability anytime including nights if required -driving company truck to job sites (if required) -perform other duties as assigned by the manager. The employer is a stable property management company serving commercial and industrial clients across GTA with operational office in Concord. After winter season summer jobs are available, you can stay with the employer for the whole year. People who are interested in full-time jobs are preferred. Regular shifts begin at 7 am, during winter season and snow weather conditions - based on the Manager instructions. Hours per week: open availability, nights and weekends during winter season 20-40+ Rate of Pay: TBA
