Requirements:
Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, customer service, or operations.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with:
AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini)
Project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Zoho, HubSpot)
CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Zendesk)
Email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)
Design tools (e.g., Canva)
Automation tools (e.g., Zapier)
Event management platforms (e.g., Eventbrite)
Other Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Languages: English and Mandarin bilingual preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate Operations & Transactions:
Ensure accurate and efficient transaction processing, data reconciliation, and error resolution.
Conduct operational audits and optimize workflows for maximum efficiency.
Build and maintain platforms and communities.
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:
Provide outstanding support to both internal and external clients across multiple channels.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, proactively addressing concerns.
Lead Digital Marketing & Communications:
Manage company websites and social media.
Execute impactful marketing campaigns and create engaging content.
Plan and successfully execute company events.
Drive Business Development:
Conduct market research and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Provide administrative support to senior management.
Contribute to event planning and execution.
