Proficiency in Slack, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
Creative and engaging writing and communication style.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Highly motivated, results-oriented, and a team player.
Ability to meet deadlines, including some tight deadlines.
Trainable with a strong can-do attitude.
Taking the initiative is a must.
Familiar with the Eventbrite event booking system is preferable.
English and Chinese bilingual is desirable but optional.

Description: About the Role:
We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented person to join our dynamic team as a Business Development Associate. This multifaceted role will provide you with invaluable experience in various aspects of business growth, including:
Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting sales efforts. Strong marketing and sales knowledge is essential for success in this role.
Community Management: Building and nurturing online communities, engaging with users, creating and sharing engaging content, and planning and executing community events.
Event Management: Assisting in the planning, execution, and evaluation of a variety of events, including workshops, webinars, and conferences.
Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Conduct market research and identify target markets and customer segments.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and partners.
Generate leads and build relationships through various channels (LinkedIn, industry events).
Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and other supporting materials.
Support the sales process by providing research, data analysis, and administrative support.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of marketing principles (e.g., segmentation, targeting, positioning) and sales techniques (e.g., lead qualification, needs analysis, closing).
Community Management:
Actively participate in and moderate online communities (platforms, social media, forums, etc.).
Respond to user inquiries, provide support, and build relationships with community members.
Plan and execute engaging community events (e.g., Q&A sessions, online contests).
Create and share high-quality content (posts, articles, videos) that resonates with the target audience.
Monitor and analyze community trends and identify growth opportunities.
Event Management:
Attend and assist in the ideation, planning, and execution of various events (virtual and in-person).
Develop detailed event plans, including budgets, timelines, and logistics.
Manage event registration, speaker coordination, and on-site logistics.
Ensure smooth event flow and provide excellent guest support.
Relationship Management:
Develop, build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through proactive communication and personalized support.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Identify and anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions.
Assist with client onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition.
Provide ongoing support to clients throughout their journey with HEHE Match Inc.
General:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all areas of responsibility.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and progress.
Assist with other projects and tasks as needed.
Take initiative and proactively identify areas for improvement and contribute to team success.
