• Highly proficient use of One note, Excel and Salesforce
• Bilingual as required, Mandarin or Cantonese
Description: Maintain a well-organized and professional office environment. Order and manage office supplies and equipment. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting notes. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally. Draft, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports. Maintain and update filing systems (both digital and physical).
Handle confidential information with discretion. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Assist with special projects as needed. Perform general office errands or ad hoc tasks as required.
Hours per week: Monday-Friday 40
Rate of Pay: $18-$25+/hr
