-Two (2) years of relevant experience in higher education institution in the areas of Marketing/Communications or relevant fields is preferred
-Outstanding creativity and a positive, go-to attitude is desirable
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong cross-cultural communication skills is an asset

Description:
POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing coordinator develops and coordinates marketing plans, strategies and campaigns. They also help planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing, branding, and advertising activities to improve the brand’s image and increase customer satisfaction. Responsible for conducting market and prospect research to understand evolving trends within the market and any leads which should be developed.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
-Support marketing day-to-day operations including media campaigns, promotions and projects.
-Arrange and coordinate special events, projects and mailings.
-Integrate all recruitment marketing activities, including lead tracking, conversion, and reporting with student CRM.
-Conceptualize, implement, and manage all marketing communications with agents, prospective students, partners, and others.
-Participate in recruitment and engagement events.
-Liaise with Admission Representative(s) and Career Service Coordinator(s) to develop and distribute a range of resource and promotional materials designed for the recruitment and retention of targeted groups.
-Prepare daily leads, conversion, and campaign performance reports.
-Manage and disseminate inquiries and leads as needed.
-Research and monitor current educational trends.
-Determine advertising and promotional needs.
-Oversee content and design update of website.
-Manage the development of new website functionalities.
-Monitor web tracking data and make recommendations to improve and enhance site.
-Review monthly analytics of PPC, affiliate partner network, social media channels, and other advertising campaigns to lower acquisition cost.
-Create, update campaigns and landing pages. Conduct an A/B test to improve conversions.
-Manage all social media channels and coordinate replies as needed.
-Develop and execute an annual social media calendar of events, postings and paid social campaigns.
-Produce original photo and video content for the social media channel.
-Upload and share content on social media and website properties.
-Accurately track and report monthly budget, including preparing requisitions and invoice management.
-Coordinate production of all marketing materials including copywriting and conceptualizing advertisements, prospectus/brochures, advertisement, and other campaigns
Coordinate the production and shipment of brochures and giveaways.
Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Hours per week:
Monday-Friday, weekends as needed
