Responsibilities Include:
• Receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries
• Operate standard office equipment regularly
• Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
• Providing support to the office team
• Maintain the general office filing system
• Be a point of contact for client inquiries and CRA inquiries
• Prepare and send invoices to clients
• Accounts receivable collections

Required Skills/Experience:
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment
• Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office Software.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
• Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication (including technical writing) skills
• Familiarity with general business functions
