Culinary Red Seal designation and Smart Serve Certification are strong assets. Strong communication skills are essential; proficiency in spoken and written English is required. Knowledge and proficiency in use of computers and learning new software. Numerical understanding, basic math skills; strong problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage our restaurants with a high level of attention to detail, hospitality and fun – winning mindset and enthusiastic personality. As a Kitchen Manager you will be responsible for the following: Take the lead in managing a kitchen that consistently delivers top-tier food quality, consistency, and operational efficiency. Effectively manage daily production goals as well as food, waste, inventory, and labour cost controls. Order product, new stock and supplies.
