Description:
The employer is a landscaping /maintenance company with operational office in King city and services rendered across York Region.
Landscape Technician performs physical tasks under supervision. Duties include shoveling, raking, carrying materials, lawn and garden maintenance, tree and shrub planting, interlock paving, and retaining wall installation. Tasks can be done by hand or with small machines.
Major Duties & Responsibilites:
-Wears clean uniform and PPE.
-Follows company policy.
-Follows orders from Foreman or Lead Hand.
-Reports injuries or damages promptly.
-Maintains cleanliness and functionality of tools.
-Maintains professionalism on job sites.
-Performs assigned duties.
Working Conditions:
Outdoor work in various weather conditions.
Working hours from 7am-6pm, Monday to Friday, and alternate Saturdays.
Requires focus on machines and equipment on the job site.
Hours per week:
20-40+
Rate of Pay:
19.5 +/hour depending on experience
