Description:
We are hiring a Medical Aesthetician who will provide advanced skincare treatments, including
facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other medical-grade aesthetic services. If you

Key Responsibilities:
Service Excellence:
Conduct consultations to assess client skincare needs and recommend customized
treatment plans.
Perform advanced aesthetic treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion,
micro needling, and LED light therapy.
Deliver luxurious facials and body treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Educate clients about post-treatment care, skincare routines, and product
recommendations.
Build lasng relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
Safety and Hygiene:
Ensure proper sterilization and cleanliness of tools, equipment, and treatment areas.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines, identifying contraindications and providing
appropriate advice.
Administrative and Sales:
Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history and progress notes.
Support the team by managing appointment bookings and schedules when needed.
Promote and upsell spa services and skincare products to clients.
Participate in marketing initiatives, such as events and social media content creation.
Team Collaboration:
Work alongside the spa team to maintain a professional, welcoming, and serene
environment.
Provide feedback on service improvements, client preferences, and product offerings.
Stay updated on industry trends and participate in training sessions to enhance skills.
Hours per week:
Monday-Sunday (10am-7pm) flexible shifts available
20-40 hrs/week
Rate of Pay:
$19.00/hr
