A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering excellence. Description: Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Estimating Supervisor to lead our team of estimators. What you will do: Lead and inspire a team of estimators, managing workflows and driving results. Analyze and interpret shop drawings to ensure precision and accuracy. Create detailed AutoCAD drawings for project submittals and provide accurate pricing and quotations. Collaborate closely with the project team from the initial design phase to project completion. Issue and update quotes, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. Review and provide insights on shop drawings and project specifications. Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed, showcasing your versatility and leadership skills. Hours per week: 40 Rate of Pay: TBA
