Arboriculture training or certification (e.g., ISA Certification) is a plus but not required. Description: About the Role: We are seeking an Experienced Climber or Climber Apprentice to join our skilled team of arborists. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about tree care, eager to refine their climbing skills, and committed to maintaining the highest safety standards. You will work alongside experienced professionals in residential and commercial tree care projects, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of arboriculture. Responsibilities: Work closely with senior arborists to learn and apply the art and science of tree care. Assist in tree pruning, trimming, and removal operations in both residential and commercial settings. Receive hands-on training in tree climbing techniques, proper equipment use, and safe work practices. Perform ground support duties, including debris removal, chipping, and site clean-up.
