Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
Vehicle Cleaning & Preparation:
Operate the automatic car wash system to clean customer vehicles.
Perform quick interior cleaning, including wiping down the dashboard, door panels, and center console.
Vacuum carpets and seats to maintain a clean interior.
Clean and shine rims to enhance the vehicle’s appearance.
Wash vehicles and floor mats as required.
Quality & Efficiency:
Ensure all cleaning and detailing tasks are completed to the highest quality standards.
Perform cleanup operations efficiently and in a timely manner.
Customer & Dealership Support:
Safely bring customer vehicles to the service delivery area after cleaning.
Assist customers and provide shuttle rides when requested by the Service Manager, Service Advisors, or support staff.
General Dealership Assistance:
Support the snow crew with snow removal duties when needed.
Assist with window tint removal as required.
Help technicians with various duties as assigned by management.
Perform general tasks and dealership support duties as requested.
Safe Driving & Vehicle Handling:
Operate all vehicles safely, following traffic rules and road conditions.
Maintain a professional and careful approach while handling customer and dealership vehicles.
