Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our workplace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative support, office management, and coordination of various tasks to enhance efficiency and productivity. • Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, clients, and vendors.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.
• Support human resources functions such as onboarding, record-keeping, and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee facility management, including office cleanliness and maintenance requests.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Hours per week:
Monday-Friday / Weekend Availability (if needed)
20-30 hrs/week
Rate of Pay:
$17.20/hr
