Number: 351 Type: Full Time Part Time Location: Mississauga Requirements: • 1+ years’ experience operating CNC 3 Axis router table- XYZ • Ability to work with Fanuc controls and knowledge of Fanuc G-code programming • Ability to select proper tools required as well the ability to perform tool wear offset • Ability to read, analyze and interpret shop drawings and cut lists • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to work under tight deadlines • Be a team player by displaying a positive outlook, communicating effectively, and working cooperatively in a team environment Description: IMG is seeking CNC 3 AXIS Router Operators to join our team. • Plan and prepare jobs • Read, analyze and interpret shop drawings • Properly and safely load and unload tools and raw sheet goods in CNC machine • Verify dimensions of parts with measuring instruments such as measuring tape and calipers • Meet all quality requirements • Operate lifting devices to load and unload components • Perform daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance on CNC machinery • Maintain a clean and organized work area and maintain a safe work environment following all Health and Safety guidelines Hours per week: Monday-Friday / Weekend Availability (if needed) 40 Rate of Pay: TBD
