Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, providing exceptional service both in-person and over the phone.
Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical).
Assist with scheduling, invoicing, and general office tasks.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.

Hours per week: 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday
