Description: Oversee daily operations of the service department and ensure all services are delivered on time and to a high standard.
● Manage and train staff, ensuring that technicians are up to date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
● Monitor inventory levels and order parts and supplies as needed.
● Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
● Develop and implement strategies for improving service delivery, increasing efficiency, and reducing costs.
● Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Hours per week: Monday-Friday / Weekend Availability (if needed) 40
Rate of Pay: $25-$35/hr
