Description: ● Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
● Schedule appointments and manage service bookings.
● Provide information about services, pricing, and availability.
● Resolve customer complaints and follow up on service feedback.
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
● Work closely with the service and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Hours per week: Monday-Friday / Weekend Availability (if needed) 40
Rate of Pay: $18-$20
