Requirements:
Proven experience as a Parts Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
● Strong understanding of inventory and supply chain management.
● Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
● Proficient in database management and inventory software.
● Strong negotiation skills.
● High school diploma or equivalent; certification or degree in business administration, logistics, or relevant field is a plus.
Description:
Oversee the ordering, stocking, and selling of automotive parts and supplies.
● Develop inventory control systems and maintain stock levels to ensure quick access to popular and necessary parts.
● Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive prices and terms.
● Manage the parts department staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
● Ensure the department meets its sales and profitability goals.
● Provide technical advice and expertise to customers and staff regarding parts requirements.
Hours per week:
Monday-Friday / Weekend Availability (if needed)

Rate of Pay:
$25-$35/hr
