Requirements:
Proven experience as HR officer, administrator, or other HR position.
● Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.).
● Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
● Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
● Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
● BSc/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field; further training in Labor Laws, advanced HR training is a plus.
Description:
Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure a steady influx of talent.
● Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
● Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
● Manage the performance review process and work with department managers on employee development.
● Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
● Administer payroll and benefits programs.
Hours per week:
Monday-Friday / Weekend Availability (if needed)

Rate of Pay:
$25-$35/hr
