This dual-role position requires maintaining a cash drawer, handling transactional services with accuracy, and referring members with complex needs to appropriate branch partners or senior bankers. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, maximizing growth and retention, and actively participating in branch initiatives. The role also involves staying up to date with financial products and services, utilizing sales tools, and engaging in professional development through training and coaching. Compliance with regulatory guidelines, including anti-money laundering regulations, is essential. The ideal candidate will have post-secondary education, at least two years of sales experience (preferably in financial services), strong knowledge of investments and loans, and excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
