Description:
Job Description: The Business Development Associate is responsible for recruiting new clients for the employer and nurturing relationships with some of existing clients. The Associate will work directly with the owner during shifts or work independently and report to the owner during shifts.
Job Duties:
• Reach out to potential clients using the owner's LinkedIn and Facebook accounts, with the goal of booking meetings for the owner.
• Once the above skill has been mastered, the Associate would use her/his LinkedIn and Facebook accounts for prospecting. The content of the LinkedIn and Facebook profiles would have to be approved by the employer in advance of using them for this employment position.
• Call current clients and prospects to promote our exhibitor opportunities and potentially for other purposes
• Conduct 1-1 video calls with prospects with the goal of providing information, developing a professional relationship and converting the prospects into clients
• Admin related to prospecting, including adding new people to CRM, updating notes in CRM, etc.
• Other tasks as required.
