Requirements: Keys to your success: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, information technology, or a related field; Minimum 4 years of experience as a technical business analyst, with experience in Treasury or Capital Markets; Experience in delivering trade messaging components/solutions for trading workflows across various asset classes such as FX, Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives, etc.; Proficiency in system analysis, design, and documentation;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and design effective solutions; Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; Experience in project management, including task prioritization, resource management, and ensuring timely project delivery; Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with stakeholders. Extra edge: Familiar with platforms such as Global Plus, Charles River, or Pershing; Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project for managing tasks and resources. Description: As a business systems analyst in our Wealth Management team, you will play a pivotal role in our Digital Applications Department. You will bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions, ensuring our wealth management systems are efficient, effective, and aligned with our strategic goals. Your work will directly impact the success of our wealth management initiatives, driving innovation and excellence. Your day-to-day: Work with senior stakeholders to define high-level business requirements and prepare business cases; Convert business requirements into comprehensive, complete, and accurate functional and technical specifications; Develop and document business rules, interface specifications, and conceptual designs; Define and recommend system solutions to meet business objectives; Act as a liaison between business users and software developers, ensuring clear communication and alignment; Lead design reviews and other meetings to ensure project alignment and progress; Facilitate user acceptance testing and other testing activities to ensure system functionality; Write user manuals, functional specifications, and other project-related documentation; Develop training materials and deliver end-user training sessions; Provide guidance and mentorship to more junior staff members.
