Description: Position Overview
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Administrative Coordinator will assist with the day-to-day administrative activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a basic understanding of HR principles. This position contributes to the smooth functioning of Human Resource operations, compliance with HR policies and procedures and general office administration.

Responsibilities:
• Provide clerical support and assist with all daily administrative tasks.
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, checking references, coordinating background checks and preparation of the onboarding of new employees
• Assist with benefit administration including enrolment.
• Assist coordinator with maintaining the purchase order process and credit card billing administration.
• Maintain accurate and up to date employee records through Human Resources Information System and employee files, maintaining data integrity and complying with audit requirements
• Assist Human Resources team in organizing employee recognition programs and events.
• Provide administrative assistance for projects and presentations.
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, directing them to the appropriate channels for resolution.
• Assist Site Manager as needed with administrative requirements.
• Compliance with all safety regulations of assigned tasks, and ensure a clean and safe working environment with active participation in the health and safety program
• Other duties as assigned.
