Previous Reception and/or Customer Service experience an asset. Description: We are looking for a Part-Time Greeter at one of our Markham dealerships. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a positive attitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced team-based environment. This position is an integral role at Weins Auto Group and is responsible for providing our customers with an expectational experience while attending our dealership. Responsibilities: Welcoming guests into the dealership with a friendly and professional demeanor, Assess guest needs and guide them to the appropriate dealership staff member, Routing customers to Sales Consultants without delay, while ensuring that all sales representatives receive a fair rotation of sales prospects and clients, Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and customer waiting area, Administrative duties as assigned such as monitoring inventory and ordering office supplies; filing, copying and scanning documents; receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and courier packages Completing reports etc. as requested by management, Perform other duties as required/requested by management. Hours per week: Rate of Pay: $17.25
