Must have G Class License, speak english, and have Restaurant Cook experience! Food Truck Operator will be responsible for: Setting up and taking down at festivals and private catering events, Relieving team members for their breaks on the food truck during the bookings, Executing private events with the team, Being on site for inspections and communicating with event contact, Food drop off to festivals, Staff drop off to festivals, Bring dishes back from festivals to restaurant at end of night, On site lead and main point of communication for organizers, Preparing food in our commissary kitchen for the events, Make sure the food truck propane tanks are full, Make sure that the food truck gas is full, Make sure that the food truck POS is working and troubleshooting if needed, Maintaining and reporting till Description: Hours per week: Rate of Pay:
