Skills & Experience
Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of applied experience in the following.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
Working collaboratively across teams including communication with sales teams
Typing speed of 40WPM+.
Experienced with web-based applications.
Highly proficient in written and verbal English.
Experience with point-of-sale, inventory, or ERP systems a plus.
Description:
The candidates have to:
-Able to work in-office at least 3-days per week.
-Maintain knowledge of product offerings and promotions to perform work effectively.
-Enter and/or review orders received for accuracy, then releasing them for fulfillment.
-Support product promotions by adding sell sheets, product samples, as directed.
-Perform duties according to company policies.
-Work collaboratively with management, marketing, warehouse, and sales teams.
-Perform other office administration support tasks, as required.
-Reports to Sales & Marketing Director.
