• Strong understanding of the logistics and transportation industry, including key players, market trends, and challenges.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching and understanding market trends and client needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of each client.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns or issues.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, including pipeline management and forecasting.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company and expand the company's reach.
Hours per week: Monday to Friday 40
Rate of Pay: 50,000-70,000 a year
