Description: The employer is seeking an experienced Dispatcher with a background in freight brokerage to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: • Assign and coordinate loads with third-party carriers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely deliveries. • Sourced, negotiate, and secure carrier capacity based on customer needs and market conditions. • Maintain strong relationships with carriers, shippers, and industry partners. • Monitor freight movement, provide shipment updates, and proactively resolve delays or issues. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and contract requirements. • Utilize TMS and load boards to efficiently manage daily operations and carrier sourcing. • Handle customer inquiries, problem-solve logistics challenges, and provide excellent service. Experience: • dispatching: 3 years (required) Work Location: In person Hours per week: 40 Rate of Pay: 50,000-70,000 a year
