Requirements:
The employer is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources team with administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining employee records, assisting in the recruitment process, coordinating HR activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This position requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ● Assist with maintaining and updating employee records and personnel fi les. ● Help in preparing HR documentation, such as employment contracts, onboarding checklists, and termination paperwork. ● Coordinate interviews, meetings, and other HR-related events. ● Provide administrative support by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and answering queries. ● Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and sending follow-up emails. ● Assist with compliance tracking, such as ensuring certifications, licenses, and training requirements are up to date. ● Handle general HR inquiries and escalate issues to supervisors as needed.
