Interested in learning about compliance, workforce planning, and employee relations. ● Additional Qualities: Demonstrates critical thinking, adaptability, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.

Description:
The employer is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources team in developing and enhancing HR policies, employee engagement programs, and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR professionals to improve workplace culture, assist with performance management, and ensure adherence to labor regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ● Collaborate with HR teams to implement and improve company policies and procedures. ● Participate in employee relations activities, such as organizing engagement initiatives or resolving minor disputes. ● Conduct research and provide input on HR trends, compensation analysis, and workforce planning strategies. ● Support performance management processes, including tracking employee goals and evaluations. ● Assist with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and programs. ● Support compliance initiatives by assisting with audits, reporting, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations. ● Serve as a liaison between employees and management for HR-related inquiries
