Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and Schedule Transportation: Efficiently assign and adjust bus routes to ensure safe and timely student transportation. • Monitor Daily Operations: Utilize dispatch software to track vehicle locations, manage delays, and optimize routing. • Communicate with Key Stakeholders: Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, school administrators, and families to provide real-time updates and resolve issues. • Data Entry & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of schedules, vehicle assignments, and compliance with safety regulations. • Problem-Solving & Emergency Response: Address unforeseen delays, vehicle issues, and weather-related disruptions while ensuring minimal service interruption. • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all transportation operations adhere to company policies and industry safety standards.
