Able to create, design, and coordinate attractive room settings.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-organised, with the ability to follow through with tasks to completion.
Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn in-house computer programs.
Provide a high level of customer service.
Develop and maintain product knowledge, understanding the features and benefits to help inform guest purchase decisions.
Meet or exceed established and agreed-upon sales and productivity goals, including:
Sales volume
Sales performance per guest
Financing
Sale of product protection plans
Maintain awareness of promotions.
Ensure stock availability when making a sale and clearly communicate approximate delivery dates to guests.
Enter sales orders accurately and take payments.
Develop and maintain a prospecting system, including:
Outbound calls
Leads from eCommerce chats, web, tel sales
Appointments
Walk-in traffic
Education:
High school diploma and two years of sales experience in retail, commissioned sales, marketing, or related areas (preferred).
One year of proven sales experience in a related field.
Proven experience working with technology, such as sales system software, POS systems, etc.
Description:
The Sales Associate is responsible for achieving individual sales targets by successfully converting guest opportunities to written sales by taking each guest through the sales approach, relying on strong product knowledge to inform buying decisions and achieving sales metrics by demonstrating beliefs and disciplines while respecting our guest’s needs. Responsible for Maximising store sales and profitability while working ethically and modelling the company’s core values.

5 days a week including weekends (morning and evening shifts)
