Requirements: The successful candidate will be self motivated, customer-focused and detailed oriented with two years’ experience as a CSR in the Automotive industry (preferred).

Post-Secondary diploma or equivalent
Confident knowledge with strong customer focus
Self-starter with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
Description: This position will be a primary point of contact for all customers, therefore, the successful applicant will have excellent communication skills; both written and verbal. The successful applicant will be expected to professionally answer and resolve customer’s inquiries. Some other tasks include updating customer data, administration work.

Working in the automotive field is an assist
Hours per week: Day Shift 40
Rate of Pay: Between 45,000-55,000 yearly
