This role requires a strong leader with analytical skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Key Qualifications & Responsibilities: Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in an estimating or related field. Experience reviewing AutoCAD drawings and providing feedback to design teams (AutoCAD experience is an asset but not required). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to assess costs, materials, and timelines for projects. Effective team management skills, including mentorship and performance oversight. Collaboration with project managers, designers, and engineers to ensure accurate estimates. Other duties as assigned. Description: Hours per week: 40 Rate of Pay: TBA
