Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, and/or a related discipline (e.g. CPA) is preferred.
two (2) or more years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar financial role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in financial software such as Business Central, SAP, Oracle and Microsoft Excel.
Effective communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Description:
DUTIES
Support the preparation of financial statements by gathering and analyzing financial data.
Perform regular reconciliation of accounts, including bank reconciliations, to ensure the accuracy and validity of financial and payroll transactions within the Business Central and the payroll system.
Maintain oversight of accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring deadlines are met and cash flow remains stable.
Prepare timely and accurate financial reports and high-level updates for senior management to support informed decision-making.
Assist in the development and monitoring of departmental budgets in coordination with department heads.
Prepare financial forecasts, monitor variances, and provide variance analysis reports.
Conduct financial analysis to support management decision-making and operational planning.
Identify trends and provide preliminary insights on cost management and revenue performance.
Assist with the ongoing review and improvement of financial processes to ensure the integrity and efficiency of financial operations.
Assist in monitoring compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and established procedures.
Support periodic internal audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and reconciliations.
Provide support during the external audit process by preparing required documentation and working closely with auditors.
Monitor cash flow projections and assist with maintaining proper liquidity levels.
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records to ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
Work with the finance team to implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Participate in special projects and ad hoc financial analyses as assigned by the Financial Controller.
