Description:
Our Scheduling Coordinator should have the ability to deliver excellent customer service, problem solve, strong understanding of logistics and willingness to learn the industry and grow with the company. You will be a liaison between the customers and the company. Your position will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of phone and email correspondence, scheduling jobs, processing and updating customer database, correcting errors and managing job cancellations. Booking current and new customers for service 3-4 weeks in advance with the ability to adjust and rebook or fit changes in as required for 6-7 service crews approx. 2-3 jobs per crew per shift.
Experience and knowledge of Toronto and GTA geographic area “streets locations” and knowledge of commercial exhaust cleaning an asset.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails.
- Reach out to customers via phone and email to schedule jobs, coordinate details and verify database information.
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain and update customer database.
- Other duties as assigned.
Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
