Requirements: Exceptional communication skills (ability to smoothly handle conflicts and being clear/concise in speaking/writing - not to be written but to be evaluated), great listening skills, good computer skills (fast typing, can learn the software basics in 1-2 days from training videos with around 2-3 hours content), extrovert/excellent sales/negotiating skills, extremely organized, detail oriented, multi tasking. Ability to stay calm and perform under pressure. Can work Saturdays (8am to 5pm) and evenings (a weekday will be off).
Prefer - prior exp with sales is a bonus. Lives within 20 minutes from the office, willing to do voluntary observation for a few days. Must be willing to do self learn from training videos, tests will be conducted before hiring for learning ability. Previous Dental Receptionist experience preferred.
Description: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Dental Receptionist/Customer Relationship Executive to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional front-desk service while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to delivering a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly, check them in, and manage the reception area in a professional and welcoming manner.

Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently using dental management software. Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and handle appointment requests promptly and courteously.

Verify dental insurance coverage, process claims, and assist patients with billing or payment inquiries.

Maintain accurate patient records, charts, and confidential information in compliance with privacy regulations. Present treatment plans and help patients understand recommended services.

Handle payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily transactions.

Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth workflow and outstanding patient care.

Follow up with patients for appointment reminders, recall visits, and outstanding treatment plans.
Hours per week: Monday-Friday / Weekend Availability 40
Rate of Pay: $18-$21/hr
