Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or related field and/or equivalent experience

1–2 years of experience in a data-focused role preferred (including internships)
•
Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, charting) – Intermediate Excel Skills preferred
•
Basic SQL skills (able to write simple queries)
•
Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Apache Superset) is a plus
•
Understanding of ERP systems and data flows across business operations
•
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
•
Effective written and verbal communication skills
•
Experience in manufacturing, aptitude for understanding processes an asset
•
Computer aptitude and MS Office skills

Description:
The Junior Data Analyst supports the organization by transforming raw data into actionable insights across departments—ranging from Supply Chain to Sales and Production. Working closely with the Senior Data Analyst, this role is responsible for maintaining data integrity, 1assisting with the development of reports and dashboards, and contributing to process improvements through data analysis.
This is a position suited for an individual who is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their technical and business skills through hands-on experience. 1.
Collect, clean, and validate large data sets from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, Excel files, etc.).

Assist with building and maintaining Excel-based reports and tools for all departments (e.g., operations, sales, inventory).
3.
Support senior analysts in investigating trends, variances, and data anomalies.
4.
Identify and document process gaps or inconsistencies in data flow.
5.
Participate in monthly KPI reporting and dashboard updates.
6.
Maintaining and updating internal dashboards used in the office building, such as KPI screens on factory monitors.
7.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide ad hoc data support.
8.
Maintain detail documentation of reports, dashboards, and analysis procedures.
9.
Assist in developing templates and automated solutions using Excel or SQL.
10.
Contribute to analytics projects such as forecasting, inventory optimization, or cost analysis.
11.
Promote a culture of data accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement.
12.
Other tasks as assigned.
13.
Able to lift up to 25lbs; may work in hot areas 5%, noise 5%.
14.
Ensure adherence to Health and Safety as well as active participation in 5S activities in work area.
