Proficient computer skills and intermediate MS Office skills
Description: Working closely with MAD Project Management team, Mechanical Designers, Sales, and Production, the Field Operations Manager will coordinate resources for installation and repairs to satisfy customers’ cab and fixture projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to resolve intersecting issues, be extremely detail-oriented, and proactively manage changes for the smooth delivery of services. They will also possess a technical background with the ability to schedule and proven customer service skills.
This role is critical in ensuring field readiness, customer satisfaction, and alignment across multiple departments from planning through completion. 1.
Plan 1-week schedules including lock down and site information.

Prepare and coordinate review of field installation packages.
3.
Manage cab installation schedules.
4.
Manage flooring installations.
5.
Coordinate door cladding and cab pads.
6.
Coordinate field requests and personnel needs.
7.
Plan capacity and labour according to work forecast
8.
Complete cycle with invoicing and resolve discrepancies as necessary.
9.
Maintain excellent day to day communication consistently with clients and PMs.
10.
Enter and investigate internal quality alerts.
11.
Serve as primary field point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and on-site coordination, ensuring a professional and responsive experience.
12.
Administer and coordinate pre-work requirements such as security clearances, site access documentation, and contractor onboarding.
13.
Review job scope and ensure all logistical, material, and resource planning is completed prior to scheduled field work.
14.
Maintain accurate records of field readiness, including access credentials, job packages, material status, and team assignments.
15.
Escalate and resolve on-site issues quickly while maintaining customer satisfaction and alignment with job timelines.
16.
Work with other departments to research, improve processes and resolve roadblocks to ensure smooth field operations.
17.
Support PM department with any questions regarding Installation time delays.
18.
Research, search for, and present supplier options for new and existing products/materials when necessary.
19.
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
20.
Update and maintain current processes and standards as appropriate.
21.
Able to lift up to 15lbs, may work in hot areas 5%, noise 5%.
22.
Ensure adherence to Health and Safety as well as active participation in 5S activities in work area.
Hours per week: Monday-Friday 40
