Number: 602 Type: Full Time Part Time Location: Markham Requirements: Greet and escort guests to their tables • Engage in friendly conversation while seating guests in a timely fashion • Rotational between Front of the House as a busser; server and/or Hostess • Manage wait lists, determine seating preferences and advise guests of waiting time if any • Communicate guest concerns to management as necessary • Respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner both in-person and over the telephone • Inform guests of current promotions and ensure a smooth hand-off to the service staff • Follow Health & safety and sanitation/hygiene practices to Ontario regulations; at all kitchen and dining area; comply WSIB standards • Assist co-workers actively and ensure customer satisfaction • Cross-train in other positions as necessary • Other duties as needed Description: Hours per week: 20-25 Rate of Pay: 17.20
